On Saturday 19th October 2013, Crawford College Lonehill, in alliance the CANSA Association of South Africa will be hosting a Run/Walk in support of the CANSA Association.
After two very successful events, the College and its organizers are getting ready once again to hold the school’s biggest events of the year. This event is open to all members of society and we would like to encourage everyone to come and support this much needed cause.

The 2013 Readathon campaign is a masterpiece of ingenuity that is bound to capture the attention and involvement of children across South Africa. This year’s campaign is based on a gift box, the ‘Red Reading Box’, which centres on a specific theme waiting to be brought to life through a delightful array of interactive books, hands-on and structured activities and games, some of which involve writing, reading and talking to develop general knowledge interest and excitement around the theme.

Teacher Zelda introduced Crawford Pre-Primary Lonehill to Colourstrings, a music development programme.
It originated in Finland in the 70’s and allows pupils to grow musically and aurally.
The Methodology teaches young, pre-school children the elements of music in a child friendly, age appropriate manner through play
